136.6 pounds today. Things that seem to be helping are drinking water, coffee and diet soda continuously, refusing to sit down for very long, using the mini stepper, being anal retentive about the food journal. Fruits and veggies are so much better than processed foods. I like your idea of thinking yourself thinner, the mind is powerful and positive thinking helps. Stay strong. :)
