Teen-Repellent Device?

I know they have these for rodents and now "young people" as the article put it. But the big question on my mind is, do they make one just for assholes? I can see it being fashioned into something that can fit on your key-chain, like pepper spray.

Oh yeah! I was talking with someone about that a while back. Isn't that just the craziest?

I wish they made one for this guy I work with. I swear I think he's a serial killer.
