The local rental's being an absolute fuckin' cunt. Called them twice, right, tryin' to rent Reach the Rock (Noooooormaaaaaaaan...). Phone was fuckin' busy. Fuckin' pissed me off! I really liked the movie! I thought the director used some really cool mirror effects and that the amorality the character reflected was really potent. Also, it's kind of a riff on the Cagney movie White Heat, so familiarity with that one is a plus.

By the way, Reach The Rock wasn't very good. I was depressed because I wanted it to be the second coming of Hughes. No dice.

...On a vaguely related note, the guy on the White Heat poster of the imdb.com page looks like the Old Gangster.
