RH fiction favourites
The following are the fanfiction stories I have liked on LJ and fanfiction.net.

There are plenty more to be found on guyxmarian and on ffnet and I quite like some of them, esp some short ones, but these IMHO are the best.
A few other very good stories are WIP with uncertain takeup prospects (Exchange of Vows (vividviolet), Fortune's Wheel (an_lagat_glas), Most Unwanted (hulamoth), Sober (inabsentialuci)). vaknathi has written beautiful Guy (/Marian) stories but the most promising of them, Eclipse of the Moon, is unfinished, and word is that he has left the fandom.
For good NC-17 laughs, get Dangerous to Know (fedoralady). For raunchy but more serious adventures, the splendid Pleasure for Pleasure (spikesbint) and the famous Countess (ficmuse), and for shorter adult fun read the delicious In Your Eyes and I Never Said Sorry but I Honestly Meant to, and maybe the raunchiest of them all this side of hardcore slash, The Gaps Between (all by lady_t_220).
On the fun side of things, other than the great Weekend at Vasey's, have really enjoyed the humorous short stories on shinysparks' LJ page. Her Guy and Marian, for once, are able to be lighthearted together. Still, the Guy-Robin-Allan (NOT Guy/Robin/Allan!) s3 pranks (Teamwork, The Adventures of Sir Geoffrey and Lord Robert, and Alterations) are the best. (ETA she now also posts links to her new and equally fabulous sketches on the lordgisborne comm).
Another humorous beauty is grey_mills's friend_hood log.- Unfortunately, it stalled after three updates, but they are well worth a read.
Can also recommend Desert Secrets (Kimmeth, here on ffnet), Precious Things (claudia_writes), Prisoners of Circumstance (spikesbint), and A Battle of Wills (susangrace). sandrine, littledivinity, and katrushkalupin have great short stories.
Also, Cluelss Lust by thymelady is charmingly sexy and funny. Save Me (inabsentialuci) and Whispers (thelilalbatross) are two more excellent shorter tales.
Wolf's Head by corrielle, posted in bigbanghood Dec 2009, is an interesting, well-plotted and well-written partial-role-reversal twist where *Guy* is the outlaw. The above-mentioned Everything is a Choice by jadey36 is an exploration of the complex relationship between Guy and Robin (written from Robin's PoV but really draws you in).
...and if you happen to like consensual Guy/Robin, my sinful little secret, do check out Lion's Heart and King of the Oak by grenegome Sexy, funny, and beautifully written.
Just my take, anyway. Probably missed a few more I liked. Definitely missed a lot of short ones. PM me if you have trouble finding any of these.
