I can't post this filtered in god_and_man so I'm posting it on Heero's LJ, filtered.

naoekun/Jet here to open a discussion on the possiblity of Moving the RP toward a more structured plot. I understand the need for conflict, every story needs it. But I'll be honest when I say that most of it doesn't make sense to me. But here's my opinion anyway. I haven't consulted the other mods on this yet; so my words are just a gamble in the dark. If it makes sense, I like how you're not going for a whole-sale affect on the comm & I have no problems with you starting sth like this because of that. & because you're trying not to rush it & go wham bam, thank you ma'am with the idea. It sounds pretty fun & if I understood it a bit more, I'd probably try to hit it up with my characters too. But my brain isn't suited for it, woe ( ... )

thanks for responding..!! I'm sorry it's a bit disorganized and crazifull, I tried to say alot in one post-- but I agree, any next step would be to take it to the players themselves and have a poll or something to see how other players feel about it, as well as makesure people understand no one is forcing any characters to do something they don't want to~

I'm trying to think of everyone's feelings here. Hit up every possibility with this kind of idea. wah, that is modding as it should be, right? Thanks for considering mine and some of the other's mentioned above, ideas as well! and yes, we certainly wouldn't feel right if only ours were taken into account~~ inclusive is what makes good games, esp something as social as RP :3

I don't think it's disorganized or craziful. I'm amazed at how much thought you put into this. It shows a lot of dedication. (A) (B) & (C) would give people's characters more things to post about, as well as involve them & help them interact with others. I like how it's a means to connect characters that probably wouldn't be connected otherwise. Plus the whole taking sides thing would allow people to test and/or have relationships between their characters grow stronger or weaker. Broken trust & broken bonds, second guessing & etc-- Conflict, again, makes the story fun, but conflict isn't for everyone so there's bound to be some that won't be involved. That's fine, too. I want to help make sure that everyone's as comfortable as possible within the rp, if that makes sense ( ... )
