Нарушение норм нравственности На прошлой неделе предупредил всех на всех подработках, что у меня будет гемор огромнейший и трогать меня можно только в случае апокалипсиса или второго пришествия. Ну или если сервак упадет нахуй. Сегодня получаю письмо (звездочками заменены имена, плюсиками название компании)
First written warning of poor performance

This is your first written warning regarding the way you have handled my repeated IT related requests between the 25th September and 1st October.

Before I left the office I requested you to set up an email account for our new employees, *** and *** who are joining us on the 2nd of October and to set up a computer for *** at the same work station where *** was sitting. You confirmed an email address for *** none for *** and as of the end of Monday, 1st October there was no computer for *** to start with when she comes in on her first day.
- The evening of 26th September I sent you a written note from Seoul to request my office email to be “Forwarded” to my personal account to speed up the handling of my email traffic while I was out of the office. With almost 100 incoming emails every day, it was impossible to work through the server. You did not get the situation resolved and did not get back to me till Saturday, 30th September, by which time my trip and the working week was over.
- Early Monday morning of the 1st October I requested that you switched off the email forwarding as I was back in the office. Later that day I called you back to inform you that my incoming emails were being diverted straight to the “Deleted” folder - making it extremely difficult to work with incoming email mixed up with deleted items, over 200 by then. My repeated calls to your mobile to resolve this situation were unanswered for the rest of the day.
This time was the worst time for +++ to be left without IT assistance. We had 3 mobilisations over the weekend, *** was leaving on vacation which further increased my email traffic and two new employees were starting.
Your negligence and reluctance to attend to these issues caused severe hardship with +++ Logistics work and communication with others. The length of time it took to Open and respond to emails through the server during the 3 days while you did not respond to my request for support, left me no time for other business meetings I planned to attend while I was in Seoul.
As +++ HR Manager I need to know in advance if you and your services are not to be available for extended periods of time.

Ну хуле им ответить. А ответил: что я блять предупреждал что не смогу работать, надо было тогда говорить это, а всякими письмами меня пугать не надо, так что я увольняюсь нахуй, пароль есть у босса, схема сети там же, ключи занесу на следующей неделе.
Не люблю я всякие ворнинги =)
Интересно, что скажет босс, когда вернется? =)
да, а все проблемы я все-таки решил, кроме тех, ради которых надо идти в офис..
