Get To Know Me!
There’s nothing special about me so I might bore you to death with this post, but no matter what I feel like I should have a short introduction post in this journal, so let’s get it over with ヘ(^_^ヘ)
My name is Lily, and I love Yamada Ryosuke ♡
I was born in a small town in East Java, Indonesia, but throughout my childhood and teenage years I moved around a lot due to my parents’ job. I have two siblings, with whom I argue all the time, but I assure you that deep down we love each other a lot (⌒_⌒;) I also have three cats, who I consider part of my family already (๑╹◡╹๑)
I moved to Germany around three years ago, as soon as I graduated high school. Right now I’m living my college student life quietly in a peaceful small town near Düsseldorf. I’m currently on my second semester of International Relations. It has always been a dream of mine to study IR, and even though I enjoy it a lot, I have to admit that it’s such a complicated course and that the exam phase is absolute hell (〜￣△￣)〜
Enough with the boring stuff! Now is the time to talk about the one and only Yamada Ryosuke (´ ▽｀).。ｏ♡ To be honest I’m not sure when I started liking Ryosuke. I think it started sometime in 2013 when I just started high school, but I’ve only started to delve deeper into the fandom in 2014. I don’t think I even knew Ryosuke was part of HSJ at first, I’m such a fake fan (︺︹︺)
After I moved to Germany there was a time when I was on a “hiatus” from fangirl life as I was simply too busy and there were a lot going on in my life. But every once in a while I still try to keep myself updated with what’s going on in the life and career of Yamada Ryosuke. I guess I never stopped liking him even though I have to admit there was a time when I was bored of HSJ. The release of Fullmetal Alchemist in 2017 resurrected my inner fangirl, and here I am now! (o⌒．⌒o)
I’m currently studying Japanese, but I’m still pretty bad at it. I’m not going to stop! My 2018 goal, other than to be able to read and write katakana and hiragana, is to be able to understand and converse in basic Japanese. I know it might seem like such an unambitious goal, but I will have a lot going on this year with my preparatory internship so I’m just trying to be realistic (〜￣△￣)〜
