for 60 minutes:
1. stationary bike, moderate pace
2. general activity at the gym, whatever that means
3. ballroom dancing, fast
4. tennis doubles
5. basketball
6. using a punching bag
7. walking uphill 3.5mph
8. hiking
9. swimming
10. 'jazzercise'
11. skiing, snowboarding
12. jog/walk combination
13. shoveling snow light effort

for 45 minutes:
1. tennis, general
2. rowing moderate effort
3. backpacking
4. swimming, backstroke, sidestroke, general
5. cross-country skiing, slow
6. sledding
7. jogging
8. aerobics, high impact
9. shoveling, moderate.
10. rollerskating
11. racquetball
12. running, general 5mph
13. bicycling
14. rope jumping, slow
15. calestetics, fast, vigorous effort
16. rock climbing

for 30 minutes:
1. running, cross country
2. rope jumping, moderate
3. judo, jujitsu, karate, etc. vigorous effort
4. swimming, vigorous effort
5. running 6+mph
6. stationary bike, moderate effort

the one's in bold i can do now, given the weather conditions and what i have acess too. so that sucks, kind of. every time I go out to run i end up really paying for it an almost getting sick the next day. So i'm joining a gym so hopefully i can run, swim and take aerobics classes more often.
