hello, i added you! :) so it seems we are both servers, i'm glad you can relate to the whole... needing energy to be able to put on a happy face and make more tips deal. that's when down days can be hard for me. but it's doable.
5'3" , and i weighed in today at 145, so we are very different body-wise.
in the food industry it's also really hard to resist drinking after work since SO MANY coworkers do. the other day i managed to do so well even through my shift, but then two drinks later and i'm over 1000 calories.
but i think i can arrange my schedule (eating wise and work wise) so i can eat more on the days that i work and less on the days i don't. but then there's the boyfriend issue so who knows. i'm glad that it works so well for you, though, gives me hope to find a balance.
