Day 7

well i say day 7 but since i started judddd yesterday, i don't know...


okay so i fasted yesterday and woke up starving! I ate before i could even weigh myself and let me tell you... it was kind of scary to eat a normal meal after not eating 1/2 that an entire day.

i had egg beaters and rye toast sandwich and some other stuff.

after eating i weighed myself at 144.5 which means i lost a lb even with all that food in my stomach, and it being the first day of my period.

went to work and i didn't do very well. i gave in to splitting some food with a coworker and gave in to getting french fries instead of broccoli or something.

all in all, though, even on this diet, i think i will still be losing on the up days because i think it is still about, i don't know, 500 calories less then what i was eating. so there is a benefit to being fat for so long, is that it's easier to lose weight! haha.

so right now i weigh 143.5 which is this weirdness that people have discribed on this diet. I am going with it.

Current Weight: 143.5
Starting Weight: 148
Highest Weight: 155
Lowest Weight: 121
Short term goal: 139 (originally by march 1st, but really just asap)
Long term goal: 114

so 4.5 lbs lost this week by restricting/fasting.
goal for 3/4/08 is 140 lbs.

oh and i am joining a gym. it doesn't have classes but whatever, it's open 24/7 and that's awesome. hopefully i'll go to all closes at work and be on the same schedule as my gym buddy melissa and my boyfriend. that would rule. stay strong girls.
