What a great point system! I might 'steal' it from you and try it too!! I'm fasting from tonight till thurs night but after this 'jumpstart fast' I'm going to try your point system! (: stay strong love. I suck at fasting so I hope I can do it this time. There is another girl fasting with me, we keep eachother's spirits up through txting. Anyways, I have lj right on my phone so I'll be leaving you lots of love and encouragements! Keep us posted dear!! (: (: (:

Cool! Sometimes you do this stuff and you have no idea if it just helps you or if someone else can use it.

The thing with fasting is you really have to build up to it. No one can just start fasting and go for 3 days. You start off small and work your way up. So don't get discouraged if you fail your goal the first few times. Stick with it and you'll make it.

hey i was wondering if you had some time if you could maybe email me your point system in a word document. it wont let me copy and paste it and i cant figure out another way to get it. only if it isnt too much trouble for you!! :)
