YAY in the 130's - good for you. I can't wait to get there again - hopefully will be this w/end. I have weigh in with my trainer on Sat morning & want to get at least 138-140 by then.
Yeah, I ate pretty bad yesterday so I'm "up" to 140, but I know it's just temporary. This week is going to be tough, I'm not too clear on what my plan of action is going to be beyond "restrict." I've been letting myself go a lot, but I need to buckle down to get through the 130s. they're pretty tough for me. Usually when I get to about 136 I gain up to 144 or something. Then I get pissed and gain to 147 and the cycle starts over again. Not this time.
