bob, you have to let go of your past. you're never going to move foward if you keep looking back at what happened. you don't have to watch it. go your own way. just accept that what happened happened and there's nothing you can do about it now. God has an awesome plan for your life, but you need to let Him work in your life by trusting in Him and forgetting about the past. i love you bob, i really wish that you would stop drinking, cursing, and feeling sorry for yourself.

I have problems with nightmares too.

Apparently for different reasons though.

I've learned that taking Tylenol PM before bed helps a bit, as long as you don't take too many, then it's impossible to get out of bed.
