XD the 7 block hotel has a shuttle too - It's not a walk I really want to do, but it's not impossible if it comes down to it. We only drove last year for one day, the other days we were...uh....at the Sheraton? I think? I'm not sure, but I didn't have any problem with the shuttle (...except for the time when the bus driver got lost o_O but that was more a freak thing).
I'd be okay with 6 in the Omni - The quad rooms say they have 2 beds, so that'd be 4 people in beds and 2 on the floor - But, then again, all of the hotels in the PDF were listed as quad rooms with 2 beds D: So I don't know what that means. I'd be totally fine taking the floor.
I'm not 100% sure if they have the name thing going on this year - We'll find out. I need to figure out exactly who wants to be in the room yet, so that'll make a difference, I'm sure.
Did you want in on this room? So far, I think it's only 100% me and my friend Katy and 90% sure Brett, who you met last year.
1.) That's totally cool - Whenever is fine, just keep me up to date.
2.) D: I'd LIKE to at least get to spend the week before or whatever with you guys, but I also don't want to impose or anything, so if no one has crash space, that's cool. I'm not sure what's going on with Jeremy or Jay either, I'll make a facebook post or something later and see what's going on.
3.) I'm totally cool with the Bristol - Or...really, any of them. The Omni would be great, but it is a bit pricey. We'll just have to play it by ear. Hopefully the deposit thing this year will help curtail some of the mad rush for booking, but I doubt it.
Also, I just found out I have a final exam intersecting with the booking opening, so now I'm all panicked. I'm going to see if I can take it earlier.
