Do you wanna know something? If books were not so god damn expensive, I would read SO much. I was at Border's today and I found like 25 books I would absolutely LOVE to read. But of course, they have to be like 20 dollars. For a frieken book. What happened to the days when you could get a paper back for $2.99? Yeah, that's my kind of sale ( Read more... )

Omg, I know! Books are hella expensive. A few months ago I went to barnes and noble and found tons of books I thought looked good and I wanted to read but there all like $15 and up. And like only two were paperbacks. Those were like $8 bucks.

And I am the same way with shopping! I love clothes and I love shopping. Any kind of shopping. I could spend hours doing it, and I usually do.

haha, I wish i could go back in time and be born earlier too, or trade ages with my older sis. She's 17 and doesn't want a job. Hello, if she doesn't want a job i'll be 17 so I can get one. :)

LoL usually I would do that...but I can never find the books I see at book stores at the library. Like I walk through the book store and see all these pretty books with pink covers and stuff and I want them, but nothing is as attractive at the library :-/ I don't know. Anything you'd recommend?

yea I have the same problems. You just have to look harder at libraries. Lots of times the covers are different but they really are the same book. I recommend anything by Dan Brown and James Patterson. James writes a lot, so start with "Kiss the Girls" , it was amazing. Kind of disturbing, but good.

Even though I can't let you borrow any books considering I don't live by you, I reccomend any book by Sarah Dessen. I've read almost every one and they're amazing. I've been trying to get my mom to take me to barnes and nobles to get her new book, but no such luck yet. Hope I helped =]

I'm in the middle of reading The Golden Compass by Philip Pullman.

I read it like 5 years ago, and I totally don't remember it, so I'm reading it again.

I have a copy of Alicia Tirell's book she lent me, called The Boy Next Door. It's by Meggin Cabot, who wrote the Princess Diaries series. It's killer, so's the Princess Diaries. They're even funnier than the movie (which I think kicked ass, but then again, I'ma a wicked girl). Yeah, so maybe I could lend it to you, if I ever see you. If not, get it from the library.

Hope I helped.
