i invited you to my community because i enjoy your artwork
i didn't know you were a moderator of drawnbyhand, i think its a great site (my friend gilroy_royal told me about it)
i've noticed that the goals you have for your community are quite similar to mine (although there are a few differences, i accept photography and no 3d works)
if you want to check out my community high_crass you are more than welcome to. its brand new so there aren't very many posts (just one announcement and 2 of my pieces)
i am trying to make a community that has tasteful artwork. i hope you are interested.

hey, I read all the comments on this page and I can imagine your incredibly annoyed by all the requests to join the drawnbyhand community. I would've gone through the userinfo site as requested, but I was already a member but I was deleted. You saw my work on the artists_gallery community and invited me, then I was deleted. I'm not asking for membership, I'm just wondering why.

I just went back through the community to find the page where I posted my work and that was deleted as well. Why?

Hello, I don't mind you asking me here. We deleted the members who never contributed a few weeks back. You were one of the people who never posted; we are also trying to keep membership down as we have some future plans for a community based website and we don't have a lot of free space.
I think you are getting a post you made in another community confused with
drawnbyhand. We keep close tabs on the community and neither of us can recall a post you made. If you did and we didn't realize that, it is possible that post was a broken link. I made an announcement in the community that I was going to delete broken link posts unless the links were updated.
If you are willing to contribute on more of a regular basis (doesn't even have to be weekly) we can add you back. Thanks.

hi. i ran into yr community and added it as a friend so that i could *watch* only. i just wanted to be polite and announce myself. i also was hoping i could be privy to yr artwork and would like to be added. i am looking for inspiration and found yr stuff as well as the others in yr community to be very collectively inspiring which excites me to no end that there is a group on lj that can do that.
