Several people I know are doing that. I never thought I'd close my journal up a bit, but in the past couple of months, I've done it.

Mine was triggered by some mild drama, and I hope yours wasn't.

Would hate to have random people reading about the pathetic drama in our collective lives, eh? Disturbing trend, i say. How many people who are not "friends" read these, anyway?

As far as I know, the people on my friends list are the only ones reading this place anyway. As far as drama is concerned, that's not really why I closed this place up. I just felt like trying to reduce my 'virtual footprint' and reclaim some anonymity on the old internets.
