So I just thought I'd finally update on my panic attacks. So far I haven't had any full blown attacks for more than a month now. I still have a hard time doing some things (like going out to eat or hanging out with my dad (no offense to him but he just knows how to get me stressed out)), but I've been able to press through and start enjoying life
