I think you can transfer pokemon by pokecenters, as long as you put in who they go to! Some taught me it earlier when I was just starting...

I'd be happy to breed my Vulpix for you, if you wanted one! Or any other pokemon you heard about in return!!

[ Normally Rangiku wouldn't have any guilt but, then again, she knows about battle partners with her zanpakutou. She wouldn't mass produce and trade swords, they're more than that so objectifying pokemon feels a bit bad. So she'll return the kindness.

Her real interest in mooching comes with drinking! ]
