Yeah, it's kind of nice, and kind of not. This week will be my second week of work, and I haven't been given any paperwork to fill out yet, which is a little frustrating.

Yeah, I need a good blend of organization and good faith to feel a laid back environment. I'd say my job at Ten Thousand Villages was like that. I was given a lot of responsibility and the inevitable mistakes I made were not reprimanded, but rather, discussed and something to learn from. I just love a workplace where the employer doesn't flex that muscle of superiority so much and just gives you the benefit of the doubt even if you are young. I feel like I'm missing that because I am young. Even though I'm actually older than a few of the others. They're just more conservative than me, so they seem older, and thus get the better treatment.
