1. Crop your base.

2. Some simple color layers:

#aba000 - Soft Light 100%,
   #448cca - Soft Light 100%,
   #fff799 - Soft Light 100%,
   #fdc689 - Multiply 50%.

3. Selective color layer:

reds: -100/+37/+100/-12
   yellows: +28/+13/-81/-15
   greens: +70/+14/-11/+31
   whites: +34/+11/-13/-11
   neutrals: +22/+6/-6/-3
   blacks: +56/+14/+7/-27

Method Relative.

4. Color ballance layer:

midtones: -16/+10/-7
   highlights: -1/+2/+21
   shadows: +22/+10/+29

Set to Screen, 52% opacity.

5. Levels:

RGB, input levels: 26/0.94/255

Set to 70% opacity.

6. If you want to rich another represented effect just drag yor second simple color layer (#448cca) to the top.
