PS CS2. Includes Selective Colors.
1. Open your base.
If the picture is to dark you can duplicate it and set to Screen or go to Image->Adjustments->Variations and click on Lighter once or more time.
Also you can duplicate your base and set it to Soft Light for more contrast.
Don't foget to play with opasity.
2. Creare Hue/Saturation layer. Set master saturation to +40 (depends on your picture).
3. Create New layer - #c4df9b, Soft Light, 100%.
4. Create Selective Color layer, Method: Relative.
reds: -100/+7/+30/+16
yellows: -29/0/-25/0
magnetas: -100/-100/-100/0
neutrals: +70/-18/-49/+10
5. Create another Selective Color layer, Method: Relative.
reds: -100/+61/+45/+29
yellows: -20/0/-66/0
cyans: +5/-3/+8/-1
blues: 0/0/0/+33
magnetas: 0/0/0/+9
neutrals: 0/0/0/+12
blacks: 0/0/0/+20
6. Create Brightness/Contrast layer.
brightness: -3
contrast: +10
