im kinda the same way.im to shy to tell someone i like them so i ussually wait too long and then nothing ever happens.so i suggest you do something.just hang out with the person a lot more

if you're friends with the person... get it out there.
as long as you're both mature about it (actually, even if it's just you being mature cuz the guy will take a cue from you generally) then your friendship will be fine... or even better.

if you're not super close friends with the person... get it out there. you've got nothing to lose.

either way, knowing will always be better than sitting around wondering "what if"... take it from someone who's been in your shoes.

SO, this is what happened with Nathan. And I was like "Okay I`ll just tell him." And I almost like couldn`t walk when we were talking. But then I did and it ended up being sweet.

And chances are it`ll work out for you too. If not, you can always play it off as if you were joking?
