So, first I received a message from Whitney on the house phone. She's talking about how she can get into BYU blah blah like NOTHING HAPPENED. Like she never freaked out asking why I wasn't calling her, telling me that our friendship is over if I don't call her back. NOTHING.

So anyway.

Holy crap... she's psycho! 500 a lesson? And didn't you say that you aren't good? I haven't heard you sing or play piano, but if you don't think you're good... I believe you, because you're not the sort of person who tries to hide talent just to be modest. (Hope you're not offended by that...) I'll talk to you more about it on Skype... that's crazy!

Excuse the language, but is she fucking shitting you? $500??? For one thing, she can't just cancel ALL her other students for ONE person, especially when you haven't agreed to anything!!! Geez. Now how will she make money? Most of the older clients probably won't come back!!!
And I thought you just started piano? And (I think that's Magen who commented before me..) she's right, you're not one to hide talent. You don't flaunt, but you're not completely modest either. You're a fabulous neutral!!! :D
