If anyone noticed the server was off and on all night (10pm-3am). I did some massive work on it. I accomplished a lot though. I programmed two programs (1 1/2 really) that make maintenance a lot easier. I finally figured out how to password protect specific directories (if anyone wants to protect let me know).
