I've been back from Mississauga for a few days but I didn't feel like writing anything. The tumor is out of me. There's a noticeable difference in the size of my abdomen. The thing was as large as a basketball. They'd scheduled 12 hours of OR time but they only needed half of that. The scar is healing really well, according to all the professionals

It's good to hear that you're on the mend after your surgery, and that things went well in the OR. Sometimes, it's hard to look up from one's personal misery and acknowledge the pain and love in others, especially one's parents. Feeling bad shapes how we see the world, so any chance to feel differently, even a different sort of pain, changes things. It's a day to day thing. Therapy helps.

I'm not familiar with No. 6. maybe I'll have a look at it, but only if I make sure to avoid fandom drama. There are so many things I don't pick up because of lame fans. On the other hand, goodwill from fans makes me far more likely to try new stuff.

It should be another month or so but hopefully that'll be it!

There's always drama surrounding adaptations. Most of the time I stay out of fandom, too. It's worth watching the anime in the least.
