I do that a lot.
Most of the time because I don't want anyone to read it... I guess because I feel ashamed.
And sometimes it's nice to just write an entry to yourself.
If you think you are a bad person, it's good that you are at least realizing it and you're not in denial.
And just remember something, we're human. We all are horrible at some point because we're not perfect, no matter how much we strive to be.
