Reward offers
Hey everyone - thanks for all the responses to my requests for help! You guys are amazing!
This post is for everyone to list what rewards they're willing to provide, and also just in general for people to comment with what fandoms/pairing they're willing to write, or what kind of graphics they do.

The list shown here features members who have agreed to help with Weekend Challenge (and other challenges now and then) rewards.
Note to rewarders:
If you promise a reward, please do your best to provide it in a timely manner or if it's coming a bit slow, please let your rewardee know you're on to it. If you're having issues providing any of your rewards, remember your mods are happy to organise someone else to give it a bash, or else you can discuss with other members you know who might be able to fulfil the reward. We don't want anyone being disappointed!
I'll also point out that we don't expect rewards to be offered for everything members put up at 1MW; this post is mainly about the WEEKEND CHALLENGE, which appears to have very quickly developed into one where rewards are given. And as far as this mod is concerned (and I'm sure you will agree) the rewards we offer are as much for ourselves as for the challengers as it gives us an opportunity to work on things we might not otherwise do (I have tried two new fandoms already because of these!), and to add to our own and the comm's yearly count!
Note to challengers:
For all of you challengers out there, I am leaving the handling of rewards up to the rewarders, which means they may state they will only offer certain things that they feel comfortable doing, or they may ask for your input to your reward. If you ask for something they aren't able to provide, they or your mods will find someone else to offer something in it's place if you can't come to a mutual agreement; it's not supposed to be a big deal, but we do want to fulfil promises! And by the same token, if you don't want a reward, that's perfectly okay too, so don't be afraid to just say so!
Now, enough long-windedness from me. Come on down and post what you can offer! (and bear in mind, you can add your details to this post even if you aren't a 'rewarder'; it may be useful later or may help your fellow members get to know you). I'll start the ball rolling!
