Gojyo knew more than felt Hakkai helping him home.
Hakkai said nothing on the way back from the bar.
Gojyo did not know what to say. What could he say? The damage was done. Worse part is he did not remember what was said.
He could not remember why he was so pissed at Hakkai in the first place or what possessed him to drink so much.
Gojyo struggled to remember, but he realized the only thing he could struggle with at the moment was walking.
“Ha … kai, s… sorry.”
Hakkai stopped walking. “No, you’re not.”
Hakkai started walking.
