"You bought a new car?" Jack asked surprised as Juliet showed him the car keys. It wasn't that he doubted her abilities to buy a car it was just that when it came to cars he was old-fashioned. Cars had to be fast and shiny. He somehow doubted that these things were Juliet's first priority. Most likely, she'd bought one based on it's color.
"I did," Juliet replied, smiling innocently and Jack started to expect the worse, but when she led him to the new brown Ford Bronco it turned out he'd been wrong about her all the time.
