After an insanely long month at the hospital with never-ending shifts and too much misery they had to witness, Jack and Juliet escaped to spend a weekend in Hawaii. They both needed the time away from reality and long walks at the beach and watching the sunset together was the best way to do it.
On their second day Jack watched Juliet coming out of the water, the wind playfully tousling her hair. Suddenly it hit him that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with this woman and today would be the day he'd tell her.
