I feel like I'm getting the hang of these now, I seem to be less afraid of using larger brushes and am getting more creative in using colour. You can do a lot with just two colours, it seems. My style seems to be verging towards using particular brush types on each main set, for example one has lots of geometric shapes, another has lots of nature ( Read more... )

So, I was thinking about how to use Photoshop brushes to make icon textures (see Resources for full credits of where & what) and I thought the best way would be to keep things simple.
