I dunno why i just thought of this but if you think about it, the very first decade only had 9 years in it, so technically it wasnt a decade. On the other hand, maybe the 10th year of existence was the start of the first decade.... or did the 90's for example start in 1991? Fuck, im confused. That would mean though that 1990 was a part of the 80's.
