The Deadline Post is up to date. I asked for some updates on late books last month, and didn't hear from some people...and some of you still have books. Lots of others are now past deadlines, too. And most concerning, a lot of books that were said to have been sent have not arrived ( Read more... )

was attempted to deliver to karnil on August 9th.

USPS says this:
"We attempted to deliver your item at 7:29 am on August 09, 2005 in MANCHESTER, NH 03101 and a notice was left. It can be redelivered or picked up at the Post Office. If the item is unclaimed, it will be returned to the sender."

Please email her to go pick it up?

Actually. I've already spoken with her, via comments.

She was on vacation, and should be back in town this week.

This is not your responsibility as the journal is with her [or her post office], so there is no fault lying with you.

If it's been this long, it may have been sent back to you. God, that's infuriating. I'll email just in case.

Just an update for #54 and #69.

I know I'm not past due yet. They both will be mailed out when I recieve the addresses.

#86. is due Aug 24th. I may be a few days late with that one. I will work on the cards tonight to try and get them done. I'll actually go and request that address as well. So that I can mail them all at the same time!

She never actually updated (that I saw) when it was received, so when she listed having the journal, I updated that she had it.

This is why we need everyone to update whenever they send and receive...there are currently quite a few books that are marked as sent but not received.
