Let me just say that i have never read an update so thoughtful and deep. so much of what you said is true and yet not thought about until it's said. what brought this on? there's so much in that mind of yours, and you should let it out like this more often...i think you'd be amazed at what you might, and probably will, find! have a great night!

let me just start by saying that i completely support your decision because of the reasons that you're doing it. i wouldn't support you if it were for something else. i'm wondering if the people that don't are aware of your true motives.
secondly, you're 19 years old and usually when i'm talking to you i feel like i'm talking so someone much older. you remind me of me sometimes, you're an originator, you're one of the rare few that sees the world differently and isn't afraid to say or do something about it. this is inspiring.
and lastly, i know that whatever you end up doing in life will be something that has a deeper meaning behind it, that's not saying that you won't make mistakes, we all do, but i think you know that's it's from these experiences that you're going to grow the most. so if this whole military thing ends up being a mistake, which, i'm sure it won't be, but just in case walk away from it knowing that you're a better person because of it and don't forget to smile and keep your chin up.
much love dear,
jessie
