well here we are, 16 weeks in and stuck at airborne school.  in 21 days, i plan on flying back into detroit; this time to stay a while.  at this point, my biggest worry is getting injured.  strong winds have a tendency to pull soldiers back into the 250 foot tower when they're released, and the jumps... hmm.  i'm coming home, whether my legs work ( Read more... )

The Army needs to get with the times.  We just completed basic rifle marksman on saturday.. woohoo!  fuck it, as long as it gets me home to her sooner.  i miss you so much baby.. you're amazing.  i'm counting down the days until we can be together again, and i can't wait.  I LOVE YOU KARA!

what an amazingly [stressful] weekend.  friday... cleaned all day.  josh made it up here about 8am saturday morning.  we left to look for bins for the kegs.  picked up some other party supplies, picked up the kegs, and then ran into roadblock number one.
