So a radio station hare in New Orleans has started up a "Drunk Dial" number.

So this Saturday, some friends call me up and ask if I want to go tubeing with them. Since I had nothing else to do I said sure. I'll admit it. I live in a pretty fucked up state. Louisiana is the second worst state in the US.
