This is the best Taobao shopping guide I've ever come across, and the shopping service comparison was especially helpful. Will probably still have to do a little bit of research since it's 3 years old but it's way more helpful than anything else I've read.

Can't wait for the glut of the made-to-order rereleases to enter the secondhand market so the price goes down. thoughts on meets
I wish I liked going to meets more. So many people don't introduce themselves or interact with anyone meaningfully, whether they are unfriendly or just shy. It's less a community and more just a safe place where a bunch of similarly dressed people agreed to exist for a while, talking at each other rather than *with* each other.
