Ok, I'm not gonna lie, I found you through naked_amour. But when I checked your LJ and you have Steve Cotter videos, I had to add you as a friend. Cotter taught the first seminar in kb lifting that I attended, years ago. He's a beast. I assume you train with kb's?

I haven't a while! I have been itching to get back to it. He is a real beast that must have been an intense class.
