Paul pulled the duvet up over his bare chest and cuddled his pillow to himself. He groaned as he felt the bed moving and Ian getting up. He reached out his hand and Ian took it, rubbing his thumb lightly along the inside of his wrist. "Whatcha doing, Ian? Stay."
"Breakfast. Want some?"
"Want sleep."
"You're so lazy."
"You're so cruel, waking me up at this hour."
"It's ten in the morning."
"Oh."
"Wait here."
Ten minutes later, Paul was woken up again by Ian's familiar hand on his shoulder and his voice whispering to him to wake up. Paul struggled to throw the duvet off him and he sat up, leaning against the bedhead. He smiled as he saw what Ian was holding. Pancakes. "For me?"
"For us. I know you love them a lot."
Paul grinned wickedly and put the plate down next to him on the bed. He put a hand on Ian's upper thigh and rubbed gently, before kissing his partner softly. When they broke apart, Paul spoke in the voice the Ian loved above all others. So husky and sexy in the morning. "But do you know how much I love you?"
"Show me..."
Paul put the plate on the floor and took Ian's hand in his own before gently lowering him down onto the bed into a laying position. "Wouldnt want to ruin your masterpiece."
