Dear livejournal, please tell me why I keep waking up at ridiculous times? I had to lay and listen to Johnathan snore for several hours this morning. And I have been tired all week. Please help

yesterday a teacher told us that our body needs relaxation, and it needs sleep, but sometimes when we go to sleep we are not relaxed - and thats why we wake up still groggy, still achey and all that other funkiness. i'm tellin ya, get jessica or good ol' dad to give you a nice massage, even johnathan! johnathan would be best even, whoever you can relax the most with. reallllllllly feel everything just melt away, off your mind, and off your shoulders. you'll come out of the massage a new person! i swear =). if i remember, you love naps too =P. i always used to see your away messages "napping!". naps are greattt, but they also funk up your sleeping patterns, especially when you get in the cycle of sleeping half of your sleep at night, and half in the afternoon. also, (and i'm saying this next one in vain, because god knows i dont do it), maybe to some exercise? not tooo tooo late, because if you exercise beforeyou go to bed, your heartrate will be all up, and it'll be harder to go to sleep, but maybe just after dinner, get a good 20-30
