On your weekly stats, are those averages or totals? If averages, how/why on earth are you getting 140 grams of fat?

Average stats.
How? Ounces of olive oil here and there, some cheese, full-fat salad dressing, red meat.
Why? Fat is good (barring trans-fats). I make up my daily calories between protein and fat as I'm eating low-carb/low-glaecemic.
My energy levels are up, my cholesterol levels are perfect and I'm losing weight. I'll tweak as I go along when necessary. :)
