I've never been stuck on a plateau for that long without being able to get started losing again by doing the things you mentioned. Do you keep a food/activity diary? If I were you, I'd start there. If you keep a food diary for about a month and look at that in relation to your weight fluctuations you may see a pattern that is causing you to gain that 5 lbs back. If you don't get any insight from that, I'd spend the money to go see a good nutritionist or registered dietitian and bring the food diary along. Perhaps s/he will be able to see something you aren't seeing and make a recommendation that will help you.
