To be honest, it doesn't feel great that it's THIS hard earning the losses, lol. BUT it does seem to be preventing me from indulging/cheating with the thought of 'oh it's just bloat, I'll lose it quickly soon' because I don't lose it quickly! And it's so easy to slide back from discouragement!
