"What do you think, Remus? This one?" She held up another dress, a knee length, blue one with a scooped halter top neckline. "Or this?" Another dress. This one purple, shorter, with a square neck.
"Love, you'll look beautiful in anything."
She threw the dresses onto the growing pile and sighed. "Why aren’t you helping me?"
He chuckled and slid off the bed. Enveloping her in a hug, he said, "Nymphadora, darling, it's fine. Wear whatever you want."
"No Remus! I can't do that!" She pulled away from him and disappeared back into the closet. "I'm taking you to see my family. Why am I the only one stressing!"
Following her in, he grabbed her by her arms and forced her to be still. "Nymphadora! Calm down."
He pulled her into him and stroked her hair, which had turned jet black in her outburst. "It will be fine. I promise. You'll look perfectly lovely in whatever you choose, and I'll make a wonderful impression on your family."
Grinning, he added, "But I suggest you wear the purple. You could put your hair in a perfect shade to match. And I like the way it sways around your bum."
