What made their friendship so strong was the fact that they could never hide from each other. They were completely exposed, had nowhere to run. They knew everything about each other, and still wanted to know more, wanted to explore each others thoughts and feelings, brains and bodies. It was like an insatiable hunger, a thirst for knowledge.
They just couldn’t get enough of each other and even after they were lying spent in each other’s arms, sweat glistening on naked skin, they still couldn’t tear their eyes away. Their gaze was always locked into each other, as if the meaning of life itself lay beneath each other’s pupils.
