We're sorry to hear that. I'm taking you off the list now. Thanks for participating, and don't hesitate to come back should you ever wish to claim anything else! :)
Hi there. I'm posting this here because I'm not sure where to email it. Several months ago I signed up for table 50.4 for Harry. I haven't written anything for it due to University work and now, after having thought about it, I've decided not to do it because I have a lot of other writing projects to do, including original short stories and a novel. Sorry about the inconvenience.
The Slytherins Table 50.1just_heidiAugust 7 2007, 20:57:14 UTC
I have just noticed that it is over 3 months since I last wrote a story for my prompt table. My only excuse is that real life/new job got in the way. But I have just gotten home from the HP conference Setus and is bursting with ideas, so I hope that I will be able to keap my table, even though I have past the deadline for it ^_^

Well, I don't think anyone's going to want to snatch away your table just yet :) I'm happy to hear that Sectus was really helpful in the inspiration department!
All the information as to how that works is available on the community's profile page. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask either here, or write an email to 100quills@gmail.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible :)
Well, I read the information, however I don't understand what terms like "OCs" or "cross-over pairing/fics" mean...Can you help me out? Thank you in advance!

"OCs" are original characters, meaning characters that JKR did not invent but that you yourself did. You can write about them - certainly - but you cannot lay a claim on them in this community - that'll have to be one of JKR's characters.
"Crossovers" mean fics/artses that concern themselves with two (or more!) fandoms at once. For example: Jack Sparrow (from PotC) in the Potterverse would be a crossover fic. A crossover pairing would be something like Spike (from Buffy the Vampire Slayer) being romantically involved with... say, Severus Snape.
Generally speaking, you cannot claim a character/group/pairing that's not of JKR's creation, and you cannot submit crossovers.
I hope that clears things up a bit? If you have more questions, fire away! :)

Hey there - I got your message and just wanted to let you guys know, I don't think I'll be able to finish my table. So feel free to open Marauders 50.2 back up, and sorry for the inconvenience! Thanks for allowing me to participate! :)

I've realized that I won't be able to do my claim after all, so if you'd care to open it up, that's fine. Thank you for the reminder!
