Does anyone desire the company of a really sweet 6-7month old, trained, puppy?

He's a really friendly, sweet, dog and I'm afraid my landlord will not allow another dog in the apartment.

He's a german sheperd, spaniel mix. I think he likes water.

We're potty training him now. He's pretty obedient (he will heel and not lead the leash and sits on command).

He'll come with stuff and all...

But, I'm still not solid on whether or not we need to get rid of him.
