Are just memories of a different life
Some that made us laugh, some that made us cry

You found comfort in him when you couldn’t find comfort in me. When I pushed you to your limit. And to understand you… is to somewhat understand myself. Not that it matters anymore. Because I’ve torn you both out of my life. It hurts but what did I expect would happen with it all. What I’d give if I’d come to my senses then… what’d I give up to be able to hold you once again. To love you. But those dreams fade; they die out just like the stars. And out of all the stars that have shown in that sky we all know that you’ve shown the brightest.
