George shivered as he walked inside the apartment. The day had been hell. He’d almost been attacked twice, he and Elliot were coming down with the latest bug to go around, and the weather had been freezing cold- even more so because of the chills the flu was causing. He walked into the living room to find Elliot curled up in a blanket. Ignoring the urge to rip it off him, he sat down next to him.
“Aren’t you cold?” Elliot asked. George nodded.
“Well, come here.” He moved the blanket and George took the invitation, laying partially on top of him and setting his head on Elliot’s chest. Once they were settled Elliot set the blanket back over them.
“Bad day?” He asked knowingly.
“You have no idea.” George groaned.
“Sorry, doc.” Elliot said softly. He coughed slightly as he tugged George closer.
“This feels good though.” George added. He sighed and relaxed into the embrace.
“I agree.” Elliot said softly. They fell asleep together, curled into each other’s bodies.
